A native New Yorker, Lydia is a managing partner at Lehner Executive Partners (part of the Cornerstone International Group), which she joined in 1999. She leads an international team serving growing multi-nationals in the region, particularly in the Financial Services and IT sectors.
Prior to this, she worked at Webster Vienna Private University, serving in several functions, including Director of Admissions & Enrollment Management, and Managing Director of the Professional Development Center, while also teaching the course “Women in Management.” Furthermore, Lydia has taught at several other universities and served on various boards, including the Austro-American Society. She was President of the American Women’s Association, and is co-chair / co-founder of the Financial Services Club CEE, a regional senior executive club.
In addition to her scientific publications as a molecular biologist, Lydia is a contributing author on several chapters of the book Women and Working in Austria, and recently moderated a panel discussion addressing recent gender regulations in banking.
