Stakeholder Management System for Leading Successful Post-merger Integration (PMI) in M&A Deals

Guest Speaker: Dr. Emil Martirosyan, acting CEO of M2S Holding GmbH (Vienna, Austria) and professor at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, has more than 18 years of experience in international sales and supply chain operations for multinational and Russian companies such as Grossfillex FRANCE, Wimm-Bill-Dann (PepsiCo Group), Niscom, and Tradition for Quality (SY group).

His business practice is combined with academic research and work as a professor at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy & Public Administration and visiting professor in IAE at the Aix-en-Provence Business School at Marseille University.

His scientific research area is the stakeholder approach in post-merger management of synthetic M&A deals using case studies and personal M&A deal integration experience (PepsiCo - WBD deal, SY - Tradition for Quality Deal and other asset-based deals).

This guest lecture will be held as a part of the capstone course 4940 Global Competitive Strategies.  However, it will be open to all interested Webster students and faculty!
