Registration Deadlines

 

The last day to register for classes is on the Friday before classes begin. Please note that all courses have class limits. Therefore, students are encouraged to register for courses at the beginning of the registration period to ensure a space is reserved for them in the course they want to enroll in. Graduation Petition
If you are registering for your last term, you should fill out a graduation petition with your advisor.

Current Students
Current students must pay their tuition through the Finance office after registering. Tuition payments must be paid by Friday of break week to avoid a late registration fee of €80.

New Students
New students should register for their courses with the graduate advisor after they have received their acceptance letters. After registering, tuition payments must be paid by Friday of week 1 to avoid a late registration fee of € 80.

Add/Drop Deadlines
Students must fill out an add or drop form for each course they wish to add or drop and submit the form to the graduate advisor during regular office hours by the following deadlines:

Add: Week 1 of the term. A request to add a course after missing the first class session must be approved by the instructor.
Drop: Week 1 and 2 of the term
Withdrawal: Students may withdraw from courses after the official drop/add period (from WEEK 3) up to and including the Friday of the sixth week of an eight-week course. Students will receive only a partial refund or no refund at all in accordance with the refund schedule given in the Graduate Studies Catalog, on the Webster Vienna web site, and in the Webster Bulletin.

Note: Class attendance at Webster is obligatory. You must attend the first class session of each of your courses to secure your place in the class. Instructors may refuse to allow students who miss the first class session to stay in their courses. If there is a waiting list for a course, students who do not attend the first class session may be dropped from the course.
