IR Guest Workshop Dr. Bakaki, ETH Zurich
The International Relations Department welcomes Dr. Zorzeta Bakaki, ETH Zurich, for a guest workshop on international conflict and mediation.
The workshop, designed to give an introduction to state of the art research on conflict and mediation, will feature mediation simulations including interactive role playing.

Zorzeta Bakaki is postdoctoral researcher in the “International Political Economy” group of Thomas Bernauer at the Center for Comparative and International Studies (CIS) and the Institute for Environmental Decisions (IED). She studied Political Science and Public Administration at the Law School of the University of Athens. She received a Master of Science in International Relations from the University of Essex, UK. Zeta obtained her PhD also from the University of Essex where she worked as a teaching assistant of International Relations for two years and a part-time lecturer of International Relations for a year. Her research and teaching interests are International Relations, the quantitative and qualitative analysis of conflict management and resolution, international cooperation and environmental politics.
