Last week Dr. Pernille Eskerod, Full Professor at the Business and Management Department, successfully completed an executive management seminar on change leadership for Hilton Hotels Austria. A group of 16 participants, amongst them Hilton Austria executive directors, hotel managers and middle managers, were introduced to the topic of change leadership over 1.5 days on campus.
