Adjunct Professor Dr. Ali reports from OPEC Ministerial Meeting in Vienna

Dr. Mehdi Ali, Adjunct Professor at the Business and Management Department and accredited to OPEC as Oil Analyst, participated in the OPEC Ministerial Meeting held in Vienna on Wednesday, 30th November 2016. The meeting was historic as it was the first meeting since 2008 where OPEC decided to cut oil production.

ZIBAT Denmark meets Webster Vienna

Last week Webster Vienna welcomed a group of Hospitality Management students from the Zeeland Institute of Business and Technology (ZIBAT) in Denmark on campus. The project initiator and faculty sponsor, Dr. Pernille Eskerod from the Business and Management Department, welcomed the students together with their assistant professor Dr. Billy Adamsen in Vienna and offered them a four-day multifaceted academic and practical experience on the topic of Change Management.

Business & Management students visit advertising agency GGK Mullenlowe

On November 3rd the students from the MNGT 3510 Advertising class, taught by Business and Management faculty member Emil Tsenov, MBA, visited GGK Mullenlowe, which, together with its sister agencies McCann Erickson and FCB Neuwien are among the biggest advertising agency groups in Austria. The group currently counts big companies such as A1, Austrian Rail, Bahlsen, and many others to its clients.
