On Sunday, October 22nd Dr. Peter Walla gave a keynote speech at the Vienna Symposium “Life is Motion is Music”. The symposium was organized by the Department of Music and Movement Education/Rhythmics and Music Physiology at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna. Peter’s one hour keynote was on neurobiological and psychological perspectives on the brain’s function of movement production with a focus on affective and cognitive processing.

The keynote was very well received and new contacts were made for potential future cooperation between WVPU and the University of Music and Performing Arts.
