Important Notice: Reset Your Password Immediately
In order to bring back all St. Louis IT services to you, we ask you to change your password immediately, instructions can be found in the attached document. Please note this only affects services from the main campus, please use your @webster.edu username for the password change. Instruction how to change the password on personal computer/device available here.
After you have successfully changed your password all services except Office365 and Adobe Creative Cloud are available to you again. Office365 will be available approx. 5-7 hours after the password change.
If you are facing problems during or after the password change please immediately send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org describing your issue. At this time we only accept emails as we need to forward some of your issues to St. Louis IT.
